Today was another cold one!
The sounds we covered this morning were "ea" (as in the word eat) and "oa . The kids brainstormed and wrote lots of words with these sounds. IN math we did the estimating jar again and practiced counting groups of tens and ones. The highlight of the day was our visit with Artist In Residence, Jeff Stockton, who soothed us with his harp and storytelling. We can't wait to work more with him next month! Tomorrow is library. Please round them up and send them back to school. A notice went home today. Let's hope the warmer weather is on its way!
